Dive down my heart

With each moment I see life in a different light
A new scene a new beginning a new life
With each experience I feel the complexities of life
But it also unfolds the simplicity that others fail to notice
Once I was I ,today I am me
Tomorrow I will be another I
But if u have to search I in me dive down my heart
The heart is only simple and true
The mind is what it makes it complex
Emotions and thinking is a deadly combination
If you truly search in the heart
You might find the answer to your search
I might find the answer to my search
And our search might take a new course
We might begin our journey together
Or we might just discover the distance
Life unfolds whats best for us…

Since we spoke a word…

It has been ages since we spoke a word…
It has been better that way I can say that,
Not a word, not a tear, not a fear to lose you with each word,
The distance we make with each utterance
Has come to a stand still.
No more eyes filled with water,
No more heart grieving with realization.
Silence is the rest house of sorrow.
But its also true that I live no more.
I am frozen in spirit .
The words cant you give me back ?
The pain cant we share ?
Coz living without is better than nothing I know of!
Every sigh is every assurance of my death.
Cant you speak a word once more ?
Cant you bring me back to life once again?
Now I close my eyes only to open at your voice.

Kite Runner

No more kite runners round the corner,
No more screams of joy at the sight of detachment.
Only busy runners spotted all over the path,
Running in search of what can never be achieved forever.
Happiness is what people chase,
Joy is missing its days of splender.
The string attached to the kite is long lost,
Coz the hand has found a new thread of life.
No more the kite flies as the boy wants it to fly;
It is set free,
But the boy has been imprisonment at his own wish.

The Loss is a Realization

There was light where I lay,
Nothing was visible except fog.
The blinding light became even brighter day by day,
Hour by hour, moment by moment
Till I saw the light but this time the light was not as bright.

It was a clear day,I saw myself,
Found my identity.
My world started that second.
Everything so new yet known;
Its as if reliving the things that I have had already.

Something seems to be missing still,the mysterious blinding bright light;
It had saved me from every pain, every suffering.

Now I realize the new found happiness a facade.
The loss is a realization.
I begin a new journey.
I begin a new search.

Sorry,I can't love you..!As i have come across better

''...There was a lot of kissing, jumping on the bed, partying out, eating out and everything...''This line sums up the Durjoy Dutta and Maanvi Ahuja firstborn Of Course I love You..!Till I find Someone better...Only I disagree with the ''and everything'' part which according to me should have been ''and nothing''.Those who like it(yes there are many because the cover page boldly claims the novel to be 'A National Bestseller') might argue with me about the multiple issues they have found interesting such as the contemporary ideas, the actual picture of the society and of course the lofty issues of a boy's growth(...umm 'boy'! nope Dev cannot be spared by this noun...'Man' might suit better...if manliness pertains to...you know what I mean).Chill buddies, its not an offence to like a ''f*****' (this is quoted from the novel...please do not block me...please please)Ok I must give my reasons for not liking the book.Actually I didn't find reasons enough to like it.There is nothing new in the story;the plot is sluggish, the protagonist is smart and sissy(nothing identifiable or unidentifiable),he is through out hanging out, eating out, jumping out and there is nothing of his 'in'ner self. The depth is missing and therefore it falls flat.Of course Durjoy Dutta and Maanvi Ahuja are not as turn off as their first book.Though the new arrival of Chetan Bhagat likes are fast making their mark yet they lack most of their pathfinder's skill.(though I haven't read many belonging to this group yet with the puny amount I have come to this conclusion)Hope I will be proved wrong or will be as happy...

Brida...The journey

Reading Paolo Coelho's Brida was like a journey in itself. Its a wonderful book to absorb in one's heart.Like the other two novels of Paolo Coelho that I have read so far, this one also transported me to a world of the known and the unknown.

The path of witchcraft is unknown to me but one dominant theme that uplifts the spirit of understanding the surrounding and life in a broader sense is Love. This theme has been dealt time and again in many fictions that I have read;like others this one also has a new take on it.As a result the impact is deep,in fact more deep than many others.Brida seemed to be mine story at some parts.Like The Alchemist and The Valkyries,Brida is also about a journey-a journey of anyman and everyman. However Brida being a woman protagonist reflects the confusions and instincts of a woman in a subtle way.

One thing that becomes clear after reading the book is the journey of life,a walk in search of the destination after reaching which the mission will set a new path,a brighter one.It makes me contemplate on the decisions I have taken so far,be it important or trivial.I am sure the book will reveal much more when it is read for a second time.

Great writers are great readers, readers of the mind and Paolo Coelho is definitely one such reader. As the man says himself,''Desire is not what you see but what you imagine.'',Brida is the imagination, the desire for the bridge between the visible and invisible.

Two Brothers,once again

Fourth watch of ''Two Brothers'' was worth it.The film has a heart-melting plot which had touched me the first time I had watched it years back. The story of two tiger brothers-Sangha and Kumar teach us more than any love story. The two tigers in the film are separated and each beast (being) has his experience with human beings(beasts).Only the two humane characters who understand the divine feeling of love are the hunter,McRory and the child,Raoul. The later of course is the better of the two with more pure and true love for his friend Sangha (because of his lesser experience in cruel men).McRory's words to Kumar (the tiger whom he loved),''forgive me'' towards the end of the film, actually is his asking for forgiveness for all his misdoings. However The truest love shown in the film is the one shared by the two tigers.Even in danger when they are surrounded by fire in the jungle Kumar doesn't leave his brother;he jumps back to rescue Sangha who is not trained like him in the circus to jump through a ring of fire.

At last they unite with their mother and the ray of sunlight passing through the bullet hole in their mother's ears is a beautiful conclusion with a ray of hope.

The symbolic moments are well projected. One such is when the two brothers roam freely and the man with the jar of fish drops it in the river out of fear.(tigers, the wild savage beasts set the fish free instead of man).Another such scene is when Kumar lies quietly inside the cage and a bird enters the cage and digs in the piece of meat.

The wonderfully directed film by Jean Jacques Annaud shows us the bond of love that should have been between we humans but is missing because we are ''not wild and savage'' like the beings in the jungle.

I find one more reason to save tigers...they are the one who know to love and value relationships.

Dedicated to all those beings who speak a different language and live in the deep Green.

The Beginning after the End

Slumber seals all in life
And opens a world in rest
Life seems to be put to test
When the entity takes another shape

The one in sleep steps
Into a space of eternal brightness
But leaves behind a living world
And few grieving souls

The world grieves only to remember
The one in sleep will never be a part
Of the dreams that the world loves
To chase forever

The one unknown truth still remains
In the heart of slumber
For each one to unveil
The Beginning after the End

love,loss and despair

''Even in that most important area of her life, love, she had failed to commit herself...She feared pain, loss and separation. These things were inevitable on the path to love, and the only way of avoiding them was by deciding not to take that path at all.In order not to suffer, you had to renounce love.It was like putting out your own eyes in order not to see the bad things in life...''
However love is not a decision entirely. Its part of ones progress in the path of life. The divinity of its essence however requires depth, which if missing, confuses the entire entity and one ends up losing it at the end. Here comes the separation and pain which leads to the search all over again.

The Golden City

There lies the path to the Golden city,
Where lives a life who is dutifully silly-
The one with a heart that loves and cares,
And is lost in the crowd of the gloomy city.
Though the path is clear and fresh,
(because no one could ever trace)
So beautiful a city to exist near
Where everything is just and everyone dear
Yet I feel the pain to tread,
All alone ...
I leave a part of me behind,
Only to look and search and find.
